Apartamento El Perelló is situated in the coastal town of El Perelló, 37km away from Valencia city centre, frequent public transport connects you with Valencia in only 20 minutes. There's a supermarket close by, so you are able to be independent, in a quiet area, yet close to Valencia and its beautiful beaches at the same time.

Payment Policy:

- An initial 10% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. A 150 Euros deposit in cash is required by the owner at check in, and will be returned at check out, if no damage has been done in the flat. It will be deduct from this deposit the cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations should be made AT LEAST 7 DAYS before your expected arrival time. If you fail to do this, you will be charged the first night's accommodation cost.

5 to 9 pax: Eur 75.00
