Apartment Malvarrosa is a typical 2 floored sailor's house from the famous neighbourhood in Valencia called Malvarrosa, situated just 50m from the beach. The house has a large living room with both a dining area and a lounge area giving a warm a cosy atmosphere to the room. Apartment Malvarrosa is situated in a brilliant location just 50 meters from the beach of Malvarrosa, there is also a tram just 50 meters away that goes directly to the metro station, 5 bus lines are in operation that travel to the centre of the city. It is a typical house of Valencia that is very well looked after and which is located in a very peaceful area of the city. The local area has supermarkets, banks and a close by university 

Payment Policy:

- An initial 10% non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. An additional non-refundable booking charge of 20% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalize the booking. This is to be made directly to the owner by bank transfer or paypal (the owner will contact you). The remaining balance may be paid in cash on arrival A 150 Euros deposit in cash is required by the owner at check in, and will be returned at check out, if no damage has been done in the flat. It will be deduct from this deposit the cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations should be made AT LEAST 7 DAYS before your expected arrival time. If you fail to do this, you will be charged the first night's accommodation cost.

Additional compulsory cleaning fee:
1 up to 4 pax: Eur 50.00
5 to 6 pax: Eur 75.00

Additional fee for arrivals after 20.00h : Eur. 30.00

Additional fee for arrivals after 00.00h: Eur. 50.00
