Apartment 1 Puerta Catedral I are located in front of the Seville's Cathedral, very close to its ancient minaret (La Giralda), in a privileged enclave. You can enjoy the history and the charm of Seville from the wonderful terraces and balconies, especially when the city get decked out in the April Fair due to the proximity to the Maestranza bullring, and particularly during the Holy Week processions because they just pass down the balconies.As a result of a meticulous restoration of the house in 2005, we offer you this 60m2 loft-apartment located on the 1st floor. Capacity up to 3 people.

The Apartments are located in front of the 'Puerta del Perdón' of the Seville's Cathedral, in the whole historic centre of Sevilla, with privileged views. Located in Alemanes Street (in XIX century was inhabited by german people "alemanes" who worked in cristal and metals). It's a commercial street with restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, international press.
At feet of the 'Giralda' and only few meters far of the 'Alcázar of Sevilla', 'Santa Cruz' quarter or 'Archivo de Indias'.
