The Apartment Avellano is located in Cuesta del Chapiz, one of the main arteries of the thousand-year-old quarter of the Albayzín. Ten minutes away from Plaza Nueva, and five minutes from the very famous Mirador de San Nicolás (obligatory visit). These apartments are excellently located for people who want to get to know this universal neighborhood...

In Albaida the clients have gardens with swimming pool, private parking and high speed Internet access.

We recommend to visit the Arabian Baths, nearby Plaza Nueva. If you reserve at the reception, you get a discount of 10%. We also offer you the possibility of a relaxing massage in your own apartment. The apartments offer specialized massagists. The services of the massage centre MasVital, that has a discount of 10% for the guests.

Reception services: Monday to Friday (9:00 to 20:00 h), Saturday and Sunday (10:00 to 20:00 h). Check-in between 14:00 20:00 hrs. (outside this time, under reception's confirmation). Check-out before 12:00.

Payment Policy: An initial non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. An additional non-refundable booking charge of 50% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalise the booking. This is to be made directly to the owner by credit card. The remaining balance may be paid in cash on arrival or by credit card.
