The Apartment Cerezo is located in Cuesta del Chapiz, the main arteries of a the thousand-year-old quarter of the Albayzín. Ten minutes from Plaza Nueva, and five minutes from the famous Mirador de San Nicolás (a must visit), these apartments are excellently located for people who want to get to know well this universal neighborhood...

In Albaida the clients have gardens with swimming pool, private parking and high speed Internet access.

Capacity up to 4 people:
- 1 bedrooms for 2 people, with two beds.
- 1 bedroom for one person.
- Living room-kitchen, bathroom, entrance with balcony.
- Air-conditioning and heating, kitchen equipment.
- Clean towels and sheets every 3 days.

Other places of interest very near: The Salvador church, Aliatar square, Larga square and Panaderos street (where you can find Tapas bars), and an endless list of places. We recommend to visit our Arabian Baths, nearby Plaza Nueva. If you reserve at our reception, we give a discount of 10%.

Extra Services:
- Albaida Parking: cost per night.
- Breakfast: cost per pax (we prepare the products and the guest make their own breakfast).

Reception services: Monday to Friday (9:00 to 20:00 h), Saturday and Sunday (10:00 to 20:00 h). Check-in between 14:00 20:00 hrs. (if you wont check in during this hours, you need to confirm the time with the reception department). Check-out before 12:00.

Payment Policy: An initial non-refundable deposit is required to complete your booking. An additional non-refundable booking charge of 50% of the total charges is required by the owner to finalise the booking. This is to be made directly to the owner by credit card. The remaining balance may be paid in cash on arrival or by credit card.
