The Aparthotel Ascarza is sited in Urbanizacion Guadiana a high class residential area scarcely 2 km from the centre of the city. These surroundings are a guarantee for tranquility, a necessary value for an Apartment-hotel of this kind.

We have three types of apartments:

- Standard Apartment: Luminous and spacious independent sitting-room, with three-place sofa, 21 TV set and centre table. The bedroom has two beds, fitted wardrobe and all you need to enjoy the best hotel offer in Badajoz. The bathrooms, with individual water accumulator which guarantees the ideal temperature at all times, are luminous and spacious, qualities always demanded by clients.

- Studio Apartment: Of the same quality and comfort as the previous, the studio-apartment offers one joint space for living-room and bedroom. One large room with all the characteristics described in the Standard apartment

- Superior Apartment: Sited on the fourth floor, the last of our building, they are some-what larger than the previous. They have an extent terrace ideal for moonlight dinners with impressive sights.
