Description and facilities of Complejo Villa Marina Apartment Benidorm

Complejo Villa Marina is a brand new deluxe apartment complex located at the far end of Levante Beach in Benidorm (Alicante). Villa Marina offers great views over most of the surrounding area. It is built in a way that makes you feel like being in a little town all by itself in the mountains.

Complejo Villa Marina disposes a great privacy and security with private roads to the car parks. Beaches are close by and there is a large swimming pool in the complex with spectacular view to the Mediterranean.

There are 4 apartment types offered in the complex:

TYPE A:
Type A class apartments are up to 4 people with 1 bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, a dishwasher and an oven. Every apartment has a washing room with a washing machine, air conditioning (cool/heat), bed linen and towels. Type A apartments offer as well a moderately sized living room with a TV, a terrace where you can sit and enjoy the amazing views. All these apartments have private parking space. Capacity for up to 4 people.

TYPE B:
Type B class apartments are up to 4 people with 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, a dishwasher and an oven. Every apartment has a washing room with a washing machine, air conditioning (cool/heat), bed linen and towels. Type B apartments offer as well a large living room with a TV, a terrace where you can sit and enjoy the amazing views. All these apartments have private parking space.
Capacity for up to 6 people.

TYPE C:
Type C class apartments are duplex with 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, a dishwasher and an oven. Every apartment has a washing room with a washing machine, air conditioning (cool/heat), bed linen and towels. Type C apartments offer as well a large living room with a TV, a large terrace as well as a smaller balcony outside the master bedroom. All these apartments have private parking space.

Complejo Villa Marina is situated in a privileged area just next to Levante Beach, close to main restaurants, supermarkets and amusement places.

It is a 40 km drive from the airport and railway station of Alicante, and very close to the new Terra Mitica amusement park. It is approximately 50 minutes from Alicante on the N-332 road, or just 30 minutes on the AP-7 motorway, exit 65 (Benidorm, Playa Levante).
