Finca Sa Rota is situated right in the centre of Majorca. It is a XVIII century stately home built on a hill overlooking a fertile valley and the northern mountain range of the island. The house is surrounded by 28 hectares of fig trees, almond trees, carob trees, fruit trees and a forest of holm oaks and pine trees. The peaceful country setting assures a pleasant stay in a family atmosphere. The gardens, terraces and secluded corners of the property invite the visitor to enjoy evenings outdoors surrounded by nature.

The house and its annexe buildings, today converted into five apartments (one of them with two bedrooms) and two double rooms, have been carefully restored using materials typical of the indigenous architecture and preserving its original features. The rooms are decorated in the typical authentic Majorca style, both simple and traditional, with homemade materials and antique furniture restored by the owner of the house. Tradition and comfort assure a pleasant comfortable stay.

On foot or by bicycle you can explore the pathways surrounding the finca.

The best Golf Courses of the island less that 30 km away (Pula, Roca Viva, Son Servera) 25 minutes ride from the best beaches, close villages excursions and boat rentals.

Km 3,5 - Exit 10 Follow straight always towards Manacor (Ma-15).
Km 21,3 - Exit 22 Take the round on the left direction Pina.
Km 25,5 - Leave Pina direction Lloret.
Km 31,6 - Leave Lloret de Vista Alegre direction Sineu, Turn on your right for Montuiri (follow the ?sa Rota? sign)
Km 32,5 - Take the small road on the left and follow it until the end
